We handle MIM molds, which are metal powder injection molding. The molding method is the same as that of plastics, but the molding materials are different, consisting of a mixture of metal powder and a binder known as a binding agent (green body). After the usual injection molding process, the product undergoes degreasing and sintering in a vacuum furnace.
